Abstract

هدف هذه الدراسة تعرف درجة توفر أبعاد اليقظة الذهنية الاستراتيجية لدى مديري المدارس في سلطنة عمان، ولتحقيق الهدف طورت استبانة تكونت من (64) فقرة وزعت على (6) مجالات رئيسة، وبعد التأكد من دلالات صدقها وثباتها، وزعت على (206) مديرا ومدير مدرسة. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: أن درجة توفر أبعاد اليقظة الذهنية الاستراتيجية لدى مديري المدارس في سلطنة عمان متوسطة. كذلك أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (α≤0.05) في درجة توفر أبعاد اليقظة الذهنية الاستراتيجية لدى مديري المدارس في سلطنة عمان تعزى لمتغيري النوع الاجتماعي وسنوات الخبرة. في ضوء نتائج الدراسة قدمت الدراسة مجموعة من التوصيات أبرزها: ضرورة استعمال مديري المدارس برامج تقويمية إلكترونية لتقييم اداء العاملين، والاطلاع باستمرار على أحدث المصادر التعليمية العالمية، واستعمال برامج اتصال متطورة في التواصل مع أولياء الأمور.

This study aimed to identify the degree of the availability of the strategic mindfulness and vigilance by school principals in the Sultanate of Oman. To achieve the objectives of the study, two questionnaires composed of ( 64) items were designed and distributed in (6) main fields. After checking the validity and reliability of the questionnaires, (206) school principals were invited to respond to the items of the questionnaires. The results showed the degree of the strategic mindfulness vigilance by school headmasters in the Sultanate of Oman was moderate and average medium. There were no statistical differences at the level (α≤0.05) among averages of individual responses towards degree of the availability of the strategic mindfulness vigilance by school headmasters in the Sultanate of Oman due to the gender, and years' experience. In the light of the results of the study, the study presented a set of recommendations, the most prominent of which are: the necessity of using electronic evaluation programs by school principals to assess the performance of workers, the need to constantly review the latest global educational resources, and the need to use advanced communication programs to communicate with parents.
