Abstract

This study aims at designing a suggested model to activate the practice of standards for the innovative leadership in Public Education Institutions, and to verify its credibility’ and applicability in these institutions. The measure includes in its final version (49) criteria which meet the standard criteria for credibility. It also covers five key dimensions. The measure has been applied to (12) faculty members holding a PhD in educational administration in Omani universities for the academic year 2022/2023, the reliability coefficient of the tool is (0.91). Based on the findings of this research, it is in light of these results, the researcher recommends to make use of this Suggested model to activate the practice of standards for the Innovative Leadership in Public Education Institutions because this model doesn't exist in Public Education Institutions.
