Abstract

The study aimed at identifying of the investment development in Saudi Arabia Universities. The study sample consisted of (309) academic leaders from Public Saudi Arabia Universities, which were selected using a random cluster sampling method representing the study population. To accomplish the purpose of study, a questionnaire was developed, and its validity and reliability were confirmed. The results of the study indicated that the reality of the application of investment development in Saudi universities and its relationship to some variables from the point of view of academic leaders came to a medium degree for all its domains: privatization of universities, the internationalization of universities, international students and international faculty members, teaching, and scientific research. The result also showed that there were no statistically significant differences between the arithmetic average of the study sample members perceptions of the reality of the application investment development in the public Saudi Universities according to the variables of the university and the academic rank.
