Abstract

The current study aimed to identify the degree of availability of organizational conflict management among public secondary school principals in Jordan based on organizational behavior management. It also aimed to identify whether there were statistically significant differences in the degree of availability of organizational conflict management among public secondary school principals in Jordan based on organizational behavior management attributed to gender variables, academic qualification experience. In order to achieve this the descriptive approach was used. This study was conducted in the second semester of the academic year 2022-2023.The study population consisted of all government secondary school teachers in Jordan, where a random sample of (429) teachers was selected from them, and the questionnaire was used as a tool for the study. The results of the study showed that the degree of availability of organizational conflict management among public secondary school principals in Jordan based on organizational behavior management was average, It was also found that there were no statistically significant differences in the management of organizational conflict among public secondary school principals in Jordan based on the management of organizational behavior attributed to the gender variable in all methods except the method of calming and settling The differences came in favor of males There were statistically significant differences in the management of organizational conflict among public secondary school principals in Jordan based on the management of organizational behavior, attributed to the variable of academic qualification, in the style of competition and avoidance The results showed that the differences came in favor of teachers from the holders of the "PhD". In addition, there were statistically significant differences in the management of organizational conflict among the principals of government secondary schools in the Directorate of Education from the point of view of teachers attributed to the variable of years of experience in methods (competition, pacification and settlement, and waiver) and the differences came in favor of experience more than 10 years. The researchers recommended the need to pay attention to conflict situations and research their causes, and to follow the most appropriate positive strategy for the situation and benefit from it in strengthening relations and belonging and improving performance.
