Arab Journal of Administration (AJA) is a scientific, refereed journal specialized in the field of management, including the administrative development and reform, and the related disciplines. The Journal, issued by Arab Administrative Development Organization (ARADO), (The first issue of this journal came out in 1977) aims at opening new scientific horizons for Arab management, sharing of knowledge, and promoting the latest trends in management and its applications.
