Abstract

This research aims to study the experience of transformative leadership with the supervisors in offices of educational supervision by the Ministry of education in Saudi Arabia and has been reviewing the types of leadership and emphasis on transformative leadership, methods and patterns of educational supervision and suitability of transformative leadership for educational supervision style as appropriate.The research questions the president leading to the performance of the supervisors for the offices of educational supervision by the Ministry of education in the Kingdom, and which emerged from it a number of sub-questions were as follows: What functionality to the supervisors in the offices of educational supervision by the Ministry of education in Saudi Arabia from their point of view? How is the support and motivation by the supervisors in offices of educational supervision by the Ministry of education in Saudi Arabia from their point of view? How supervisors at the offices of educational supervision by the Ministry of education in Saudi Arabia their view of human relations? Are there significant differences between the practices of supervisors in offices of educational supervision by the Ministry of education in Saudi Arabia is due to a variable degree, specialization, years of experience and training courses? What mechanisms for improving the practices of the supervisors in offices of educational supervision in Saudi Arabia from their point of view? And follow the descriptive research (survey), and the study is designed to be an analytical descriptive study, and is designed to identify the data collection, and distributed to 70 of the supervisors, administrators in educational supervision offices in Riyadh, and the study recommendations are summarized as follows: Recommendations: After research and analysis and in the light of the findings of the study results, the researcher recommends the following: Work on the application of transformational leadership in educational counselling as a flexible style of leadership styles emphasize participation in the discussion of issues and access to solutions. Creating the appropriate climate in all educational departments of transformational leadership style as a suitable alternative to current patterns. Designing programmes and training packages to practice transformative leadership of specialized workshops for supervisors to train them for the application. Motivate supervisors and all workers in departments of education and the Ministry of education to those training programmes and linked to efficiency and performance.
