Abstract

This study aims to define the correlation and effect between the dimensions of human resource strategic planning and the essentials of entrepreneurial quality in the sample of faculties of Dahouk University; to achieve this goal, the research designs a questionnaire that contains (40) questions in order to measure the dimensions and variables, according to a Likert five point scale. This study contains two hypotheses; the first one is there is a significant correlation between the dimensions of human resource strategic planning and the essentials of entrepreneurial quality in the considered faculties, the second hypothesis is there is a significant effect of the dimensions of human resource strategic planning on the essentials of entrepreneurial quality in the considered faculties. The questionnaire has given out to managerial leaders only in the faculties of Dahouk University. The study chooses non-random sample, and its number reaches to (65) questionnaires, (54) of them were suitable for analyzing, and then the percentage of response was (83%). The study uses many statistical tools to process and analyze the data by using (SPSS) package. Accordingly, the study has come to the group of findings. Those are most important: 1. Descriptive analysis results showed that the respondents' answers were agreed that some of the dimensions of human resource strategic planning are available in the considered faculties. 2. Descriptive analysis results indicated that the respondents' answers were in agreement that the essentials of entrepreneurial quality are available in the considered faculties. 3. The results of analysis show that there is a positive strong significant correlation between the dimensions of human resource strategic planning and the essentials of entrepreneurial quality in the considered faculties. Finally, the study presents a set of proposals that have been extracted in the light of the results of the study, from these proposals: 1. Because of lack of the dimensions organizational in the considered faculties, especially, the dimension of the estimate the need for human resource, and the dimension of the plan of human resource, the researchers recommend that evoke this dimension because of its impact on the essentials of entrepreneurial quality. Here, the faculties of Dahouk should increase the attention to the human resource management, especially workforce planning activity, as it is one of the strategic activities of human resource management. 2. The study recommends the considered faculties to provide an effective system for feedback at the university to follow the implementation of the activities of human resources at the university, and this should be done by the Assistant President of Administrative Affairs by holding regular meetings with the directors of human resources management in the considered faculties.
