This study aimed to identify the impact of the Machiavellianism personality traits on organizational conflict management methods from the workers’ point of view in Petra Development & Tourism Region Authority. To achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was developed to collect data, and a simple random sample of (426) employees was chosen. A statistical package of social sciences (SPSS) (version 16) was used for analysis of a questionnaire data. The findings of the study revealed that: The conception degree of the studied employees in Petra Development & Tourism Region Authority concerning Machiavellianism personality traits achieved high importance level, and their conception degree concerning organizational conflict management methods was medium level. There was statistical significance effect for Machiavellianism personality traits on organizational conflict management methods, and the dimensions of Machiavellianism personality traits explain (48.5%) of the variance of organizational conflict management methods. The study recommended that Petra Development & Tourism Region Authority should take its role and put more emphasis on decreasing Machiavellianism personality traits dimensions due to their impact on organizational conflict management methods.
