Abstract

The research aims to diagnose, from the perspective of game theory, the causes of the electronic competitive cooperation strategy in terms of its main dimensions (internal drives and external stimuli) which merge with each other in the context of dealing with electronic coopetition, to express the reasons for the organization’s collaboration with its competitors electronically, and achieve a comprehensive and focused vision that contribute to draw major implications for the causes of electronic competitive cooperation strategy . Intellectual and field perspectives established the current research on a new philosophical perspective that simulates the competitive implications of cooperation in the framework of electronic competitive cooperation strategy, and embodying the possibility of adopting the ongoing developments and the growing use of information and communication technology as a fundamental pillar for the adoption of e-technology cooperation within the structure of competitive cooperation. The scheme formulas supposedly for reasons of electronic competition reflect the harmonic relations between study dimensions of the strategy, namely, internal drives external stimuli strategy of electronic coopetition. This research was conducted in the Internet services sector in Erbil in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq. Data were collected through the adoption of personal interviews and a survey sample of administrators and technicians managers in the surveyed companies. Also, a questionnaire including 40 questions reflected the contents of the reasons for the adoption of electronic competitive cooperation strategy, in order to identify the most important internal drives and external stimuli behind the adoption of competitive cooperation mail strategy. In order to achieve its results, the research employed factor analysis, statistical method and sub-tests using SPSS-10 program hypothesis for Windows to interpret the factors learned as examples for the basic motivations and incentives in the framework of the reasons for the adoption of electronic competitive cooperation strategy, and confirmed its findings in support of the research hypotheses and positive objectives and validity of his scheme. The research found a set of conclusions, the most important was the availability of the reasons for adopting electronic competitive cooperation strategy in the surveyed organizations at the level of motivation and incentives, reference was made to some of the proposals relating to the need to increase the awareness and interest of managers contents of electronic Co-opetition strategy to take a privileged position among contemporary competition strategies, and promote benefit from the experiences of countries and companies in this area.
