Abstract

This study aimed at investigating the Role of Organizational Culture in enhancing the employees Organizational Commitment in National Postal Authority – Egypt. To achieve this objective a questionnaire have been developed and distributed to a quota sample consist of 150 employees. The returned back questionnaires were (119) , at response ratio of 79.3%. Using SPSS, descriptive statistics, percentages, arithmetic averages and standard deviations, the Organizational Culture and Organizational Commitment levels were assessed at the National Post Authority In Egypt. The study revealed that the employees evaluation for the Organizational Culture aspects was positive, the evaluation for the Organizational Commitment aspects was also positive, and there is a positive relationship at significant (α =0.05) and less between the aspects of the organizational culture and of organizational commitment.
