Abstract
The study aimed to determine the organizational values and their relationship to turnover of employees at the Institute of Public Administration in central branch in Riyadh and the subset of Jeddah and Dammam. The study population consists of 532 members of the training staff at the Institute of Public Administration. To this end، the destrictive survey approach was adopted through questionnaire used as a tool for data collection. The study concludes a number of finding، including: the availability of organizational values significantly in the Institute of Public Administration، and the presence of a weak negative correlation is statistically significant between the dimensions of organizational values and the turnover of trainers with an exception to the justice value. The study concluded with a number of recommendations i.e.، Attention to the dimensions of organizational values and strengthened through the design of an integrated training program to understand and absorb the values or through social activities that are held at the institute، such as celebrations of all kinds، and to provide clear criteria for linking bonuses to performance the Institute of Public Administration. In addition to enhancing the value of justice for their impact on the trend of the turnover and create a balance between the positive regulatory environment and administrative training assignments to a member of staff training institute. In addition to the use of organizational learning methods in the establishment of positive values، which contribute to the closer relationship between the employees of the Institute and ensure their permanence and continuity.
