Abstract
This study aims at identifying the obstacles faced by the middle school leaders when they apply The Initiative of Transition Towards Digital Learning as well as determining the degree of responses of middle school leaders to these obstacles according to variables such as; (years of experience and school size). In order to achieve the objectives of this study, the descriptive method and the questionnaire method were used. The above methods were applied and distributed amongst the (25) school leaders who applied The Initiative of Transition Towards Digital Learning. The study concluded that obstacles of the application of middle school leaders to The Initiative of Transition Towards Digital Learning were moderate in difficulty, with the average of (3.681). There were no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) between the average responses of the leaders of the middle schools to the obstacles of Appling the Initiative of Transition Towards Digital Learning according to the number of years of experience and the size of the school. Based on the results of this the study, the researcher recommends a number of things to overcome the obstacles of applying the leaders of the middle schools of The Initiative of Transition Towards Digital Learning.
