Abstract
The study aims at identifying the impact of business intelligence systems on crises management in greater Amman municipality. The study used quantitative approach through statistical and descriptive analysis, which were appropriate for the purpose of study. The target population consisted of staff with leading positions in greater Amman municipality a total of (189). A purposive sample method was applied for data collection using a five Likert scale questionnaire. A number of (189) online questionnaires were distributed, (168) questionnaires were returned. statistical package for the social sciences software (SPSS) was used to analyze the data and achieve study objectives. The results indicated that Greater Amman Municipality applies both the concept of business intelligence systems and crisis management to a relatively high degree and that business intelligence systems with all its components have a statistically significant effect on crisis management.
