Abstract
The study aims to know the role of electronic administration in improving the efficiency of administrative work for school principals from the point of view of their assistants. To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive survey method was adopted, and a questionnaire was developed that measures the areas of the role of electronic management in improving the efficiency of administrative work, consisting of (24) items. It was distributed to a sample of (73) male and female assistants in Al-Rusaifa Brigade / Jordan. The results show that the role of electronic administration in improving the efficiency of administrative work for Jordanian school principals from the point of view of their assistants was within the average level. The results also show that there were no statistically significant differences at the level (α ≤ 0.05) in the role of electronic administration in improving the efficiency of administrative work among Jordanian school principals from the point of view of their assistants, due to the variable of sex, gender, and years of experience. The study confirms the need to intensify training courses and programs in the field of electronic management for school principals in the areas of applying electronic management and its role in improving administrative work. As well as the necessity of moving towards electronic management in government institutions, given its importance in raising performance levels and enhancing the efficiency of administrative work.
