Abstract
This study aims at measuring and analyzing the impact of the application of the digital economy on improving the quality of banking services for Islamic banks operating in Jordan. The study consisted of four Islamic banks operating in Jordan. Pending the implementation of the study in the field, the researcher developed a questionnaire that he used as an instrument to collect data from the researchers. The study was conducted on a sample of 200 employees, using the deductive and inductive method. The study concluded that the general level of digital economy application areas in Islamic banks operating in Jordan is at a high level, with an arithmetic mean (3.67), and the statistically significant effect at the level (0.05≥α) of the dimensions of applying the digital economy on the quality of banking services in Islamic banks operating in Jordan was demonstrated. The relationship between the application of the digital economy and the enhancement of the quality of banking services was moderate. The study recommends the establishment and development of a digital economy department and tracking the latest developments and evolution of the digital economy in banking to develop and improve banking services, as well as the development of vigilance programs to continuously and permanently monitor the systems and technologies of the digital economy to ensure the integrity, integrity, confidentiality and security of data flow.
