Al Jinan الجنان
Abstract
This research is a study of the articulation «no infection» contained in the Hadith, as it deals with the following: the verbal context, and especially the character of negation (no) which can hold the meaning of exclusion or prohibition, and exclusion is likely to banish existence and potentially deny the effect of the disease itself without God’s will. In addition, what may appear in the Hadith as a conflict or allocation. Did our Prophet- peace be upon him- want to correct pre-Islamic concepts that prevailed at the time of his mission, or is it an order to not infect others? or did he want to deny the existence of infection in sense? It’s imperative to include other similarities of infection that were mentioned in other chapters of the same Hadith, like bad omen, owl and Safar (lunar month), and explain their meanings, and then reconciling what appears to be in conflict, all of which serves the reader in understanding what is meant.
By referring to the narrators and taking advantage of fundamentalist rules, it is clear that what’s meant by the Hadith, characterized by the accuracy of rhetoric and the power of reporting, is multiple things. No effect of the infection itself, which is occurring among people, and that no Muslim should pass an infection to others, and Allah is the Best Guardian.
