Abstract
This study aimed at exploring the relationship between fatigue and empathy among healthcare workers. A sample of 145 workers was selected for the study. The findings are as follows:
1-There is a negative and statistically significant correlation between mental health and fatigue resulting from empathy.
2-Gender does not correlate with the mental health scale.
3-Age correlates with the overall mental health scale.
4-Age correlates with the overall scale of fatigue resulting from empathy.
5- The years of experience correlate with the overall mental health scale.
6- The years of experience correlate with the overall scale of fatigue resulting from empathy.
