Abstract

This research aims to investigate the need for providing a number of experienced technical personnel, either from employees in various administrative units of government entities or through contracting with companies or specialized institutions to perform certain technical tasks that are carried out by first level IT support centers. This procedure offers many advantages, notably the prompt resolution of problems of a simple nature and overcoming the shortage of trained technical personnel to accomplish tasks. This can be facilitated through a system that can be called "Technical Coordinators System".
