Abstract
This study aimed at exploring the obstacles of motivating community partnership in the Palestinian universities and ways for limiting them. To achieve this, the descriptive approach was followed. The questioner is depend as tool for study, its consist three dimension are: Human obstacles, Administrative obstacles, Culture obstacles, and open question, A questionnaire was distributed to a random sample includes (124) members of the academic staff at Al-Aqsa and Islamic universities. The study revealed that there is a group of obstacles limit community partnership in the Palestinian universities arranged as follows: humanistic obstacles because the academic members are busy in teaching duties. Administrative obstacles such as: lack of incentives and rewards. Cultural obstacles such as information gap between universities and institutions of partnership. The study presents a group of ways to limit the obstacles, the most important ones are: good planning for partnership ,providing a special budget to support scientific research.
