Abstract
This research seeks to study the representations and perceptions of the intellectuals in the Arabic novel, especially that the novel began to occupy a remarkable area in the process of the literary works and the ability of the novel to embrace the individual’s concerns in his society and his world. The researcher chooses the novel “Good Palestinian” by the novelist Ali Fouda, because it represents, with the other, a hot stage in the Arab world, in which the structure of the Arab mind has shocked after terrifying and successive defeats. On the other hand, the characters of the novel, most likely, from intellectuals that have a certain ideological ideas partisan- which will be discussed in the body of the research. It should be noted that this novel was not heeded by the scholars, but with transient signals. The current researcher hopes that he will shed light on the data refers to the burden on the intellectual and the obstacles that face the process of the enlightenment in his community and nation. The current researcher also hopes that this research is an episode of other research, which contributes to shed light on the creativity and the actions of the intellectuals as much as possible.
