The study aimed at determining the impact of the dimensions of knowledge management (KM) on competitive advantage in the banks operating in the governorates of northern West Bank from the standpoint of its employees. The descriptive approach was followed by applying a questionnaire on a sample of (240) employees. After data collection and analysis, results indicate the availability of knowledge management and competitive advantage in the banks, showing the impact of knowledge management in the Acquisition of competitive advantage in banks. The researcher recommended that Palestinian banks must be aware of the importance of knowledge management as a main source of modern competitive advantage, and thus employing it to achieve a greater degree of competitive advantage.
