Abstract
This study aimsto highlight the elements of tourism attractions and its sharia restrictions: in Saudi Arabia.The researchers used the descriptive approach depending on the secondary data in order to achieve the objectives of the study in addition to use of deductive approach. The results revealed a group of Sharia controls of the tourist attractions as well as proposing number of recommendations related to developing the tourism industry in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
