Abstract

This study aimed to investigate the effect of psychological incentives, social, administrative, physical, health and physical on the players of first division clubs for handball in Jordan.The researcher used the descriptive approach to achieve the objectives of the study, the study sample consisted of (136)players on the players of first division clubs for handball in Jordan for a season (2016), Questionnairethat Developed by Haddad (2005)was used for data collection, The results showed that there were impact of incentives (psychological, social, administrative, physical and health) for players of first clubs for handball in Jordan in a high degree, and there is impact of material incentives for players of first clubs for handball in Jordan moderately, and that there were no statistically significant differences in the impact of incentives on the players due to the variables (Age, educational qualification, place of residence), and there were differences in the impact of incentives on the playersdue to experience variableamong category (5-8 years) and (9-12 years) in favor of the category (5-8 years), The researcher recommended that attention to social support and incentives for handball players in Jordan because it have positive impact on the players.
