Abstract

This study aims to assess the level of public services in the city of Mafraq, also aims to determine the level of satisfaction of citizens for the services sector, which includes health and education services, sanitation services and roads, parks, water and electricity. The study found that educational services suffer from overcrowding in the number of private students in the basic stages in addition to the poor in their distribution, and health services are suffering from great overcrowding in the number of patients reviewers primary health centers in the city, posing great pressure them and reflected in the level of health services provided to citizens. The study also found that the city suffers from a shortage in the number of public parks needed by the population, also suffer from a lack of sanitation problems and an increase in environmental pollution and traffic congestion within the city rate.
