Abstract
The purpose of this study is to show the availability degree of administrative creativity among governmental principals in Bani Obeid's District from the perspectives of teachers, and to show the impact of the variables (Gender, Years of Experience and Qualification). The sample of the study consisted of (762) teachers. To achieve the above, a questionnaire consisted of (47) items was designed and distributed in four dimensions: (Fluency, Flexibility, Originality and Sensitivity to problems). The results showed that the availability degree of administrative creativity among governmental principals in Bani Obeid's District from the perspectives of teachers was moderate. And also showed that there were no significant statistical differences in teachers' estimations due to the variables of the study. the researchers recommended a set of recommendations including: Preparing and designing training programs to develop the performance of principals on the practice of administrative creativity skills, making a future plan based on clear points to detect the creators of leaders and training them to provide administrative leadership of qualified and able to invest their creative potential in order to develop their performance within the work.
