Abstract
The study traces the effect existentialist ideas have on a selected number of contemporary Arab intellectuals in the philosophical area, whom we did our best to chose from different ideological and geographical areas. The study attempts to show the most important conclusions these intellectuals reached and raises some remarks concerning these conclusions.
