Abstract
This study aims at investigating economic empowerment of Arabic Woman through analyzing the data for the Arab countries that are included in the Global Gender Gap Reports for the years (2006-2015). The study aims at building model to evaluate the economic empowerment of woman, the empirical investigation showed a positive effect of estimated income, gender equality and the participation in labor force on the economic empowerment across all countries. The percentage of unemployed woman in the labor force had a negative impact on woman economic empowerment. Based on the analysis in this study, the authors give some recommendations to improve the economic contributions of women to enhance their empowerment
