Abstract
This study aims at identifying the satisfaction of the families of the Palestinian martyrs from the role of the Welfare of Martyrs’ Families Foundation in the West bank during the period 2016-2000. To do so, the study employs the social survey methodology where the researcher devised questionnaire to survey the views of the martyrs’ families. The research was conducted, and all the methodic procedures were implemented, including the validity of the research tool. A regular random sample of 150 households from Ramallah and Al-Beireh governorate, constituting 15 % of the total research population, was selected. The study revealedthat there is a strong and positive relationship, of a statistical significance, between the financial, psychological and educational programs presented by the Welfare of Martyrs’ Families Foundation and the satisfaction of the families of the Palestinianmartyrs.
