Abstract

This study was designed to investigate the effect of blended learning on the achievement of the ninth grade students in Telawah and Tajweed curriculum and in their motivation towards learning it. The study sample consisted of (38) students divided into two divisions (20 students in the "Experimental group" and 18 students in the "Control group"). To achieve the objectives of the study, the collection test was used after verifying its validity and reliability, and to treat the data statistically the (ANCOVA), mono-variance program was used and also the (T-test) of the independent samples of the motivation scale. The study found that there were statistically significant differences in favor of the experimental group on the post-achievement test and the motivation scale. Based on the results of this study, the researcher made recommendations, the most important of which are: Adopting the blended teaching method in the teaching of Islamic education, Telawah and Tajweed. And the inclusion of the concept of blended teaching in the curriculum of teaching techniques and teaching methods in curriculum development institutions and teachers.
