Abstract
The purpose of this study is to identify the relationship between psychological needs and teaching performance in teachers of learning disabilities in Abha.In order to achieve the objectives of the study. the researcher developed scales of psychological needs and teaching performance.where the descriptive analytical method was employed.The researcher also applied the scales of psychological needs and teaching performance on a sample of (30)teachers.The outcomes of the study indicated that there is a relationship between psychological needs and teaching performance.the study recommended some recommendations as, conductfurther studies and research on learning disability teachers that address psychological needs and teachingperformance, andattention to the psychological needs of teachers learning difficulties.
