Abstract

The study aimed to identify the relativity significance of Sternberg's thinking styles of Gaza University students, to identify the significant differences in the styles under study, related gender and academic program.The study sample consisted of (213) students with of the model. The results of the study showed the following: The most common style for students is the judicial style, while the least common style is conservative. Also there weresignificant differences in the anarchic, hierarchical for males, and executive style for females. There were significant differences in legislative, executive, global and local styles for undergraduate students, while in the anarchism and liberalism styles for students of intermediate studies. the application of Sternberg's model of thinking styles after verifying validity
