These skills are crucial for sustainability and development of organization. The main objective of this study istoevaluatethe ownership degree of the faculty members at Al-Aqsa University of 21stcentury skills to propose a vision to transform Al-Aqsa University into a smart university in the light of the 21stcentury skills. The results show that(79.3%)of faculty members have high ownership degree of 21stcentury skills regardless of the specialization and academic degree;these skills are one of the most important elements for the transformationto smart universities
