Abstract
The study aimed at identifying the common strategies of children learning and teaching among female teachers of the first three grades in Jordan from Their point of View. The population consisted of (72) female teachers from Al-Quwaismeh directorate of education in Jordan. The study used a questionnaire tool consisted of (27) items to achieve the objectives, the study results revealed that The common strategies of children learning and teaching among Female teachers of the first three grades was moderate level, and there were no statistically significant differences of the attributed to the variable of experiences and class.
