Abstract
This study aimed to examine the implementation degree of Kaizen's approach of continuous improvement in Arab schools within the Green Line. Also, it aimed to examine whether the demography variables (gender, seniority and educational degree according to the new reform) influence the implementation degree of Kaizen's approach. A random sample of 1026 teachers participated in the study. The research used a questionnaire consisted of 39 item. The items measure three related domains: The school management strategy, the deming cycle, and 'just in time-JIT' strategy. Results showed that Kaizen's approach is highly available according to participating teachers, where the mean score of the participants was 3.68. In addition, results showed that demography variables affected the degree of the implication of Kaizen's approach.
