Abstract

Man complains of Uproar in modern times. That is, the uproar and high sound noise that affects human life passively. The study aims at dealing with the subject jurisprudentially. The researcher followed inductive approach and analytical approach to show jurists’ opinions represented in the sharia provisions concerning uproar, and to clarify the negative effects of uproar upon man in particular. The study has concluded that the person causing uproar harming to the others is considered to be sinful. Another result is that Islam put forward legislations and rules that guarantee environments free from uproar to preserve psychological and physical safety and made balance between human rights for work and making a living and his right with settled life full of calmness and tranquility, by preventing jobs producing uproar inside residential areas or beside them if it causes harm for neighboring dwellers.
