Repercussions of the Corona pandemic on the transport, tourism and hotel sector in Egypt
Abstract
The study aims to examine the economic and social repercussions of the Corona crisis on the transport, tourism and hotel sector in Egypt, by reviewing and analyzing the macroeconomic situation in Egypt in terms of the components, potentials and reality of the Egyptian economy, the challenges facing, and the repercussions of the Corona pandemic on the transport, tourism and hotel sector, mechanisms and policies Which was taken by the Egyptian government to face this crisis in the economic sectors in general and the transport, tourism and hotel sectors in particular . The study found that although the economic sectors in Egypt in general, and the transport, tourism and hotel sectors in particular, have been affected by the Corona pandemic crisis, whether through measures to contain the virus or the sudden halt of economic activities, the Egyptian economy possesses the ingredients and capabilities to confront the crisis, and the economic reform that took place during the four Recent years, which enabled him to overcome that crisis .
