الملخص

يتناول البحث دراسة المداخل الاقتصادية الحديثة "الاقتصاد التشاركي – الاقتصاد التعاوني – اقتصاد المنصات" وأثر هذه المداخل الاقتصادية الحديثة على تخطيط الخدمات المجتمعية كعنصر هام لتحقيق مبادئ الانتاج والاستهلاك المستدام ،ثم يستعرض البحث نماذج من التجارب العالمية لتغير الخدمات المجتمعية في ضوء المناهج الاقتصادية الحديثة، ويصل البحث إلى استنباط أهم التغيرات التي تطرأ على تخطيط الخدمات في مصر في ضوء تفعيل مبادئ وركائز الاقتصاد التشاركي، وتحديد اليات وسياسات تفعيل توفير الخدمات التشاركية في مصر في ضوء تطبيق المناهج الاقتصادية الحديثة

Abstract- The research explores the modern economic approaches "sharing economy - cooperative economy - platform economy" and the impact of these modern economic approaches on community services planning as an important element to achieve the principles of sustainable production and consumption. Then the research reviews international case studies of changing in the community services in light of modern economic approaches. The research deduced the most important changes that occur in community services planning in Egypt as a result of activating the principles and pillars of the sharing economy, and identifying the mechanisms and policies for activating the provision of sharing services in Egypt in light of applying modern economic approaches.
