Abstract
Mankind knew ornaments from ancient times, and not only used jewelry in adornment, but some took it as a means to bring good and drive out evil. The search for adornment and beauty was not the result of this era, but it was something that humanity knew by its instinct from ancient times, and that was manifested in taking the teeth of animals and their bones, Peeling ostrich eggs, shells, and others as an ornament for decoration, and with the advancement of human life, jewelry, gold, silver and precious stones were taken as jewelry for adornment, and the women in our Arab societies occupied a high position that they wore in weddings and various occasions. The study was conducted with the aim of identifying the fine formulas for some of the garment and sewing accessories and how to benefit from them in the field of jewelry. And proposing designs for jewelry from some of the garment and sewing accessories in an attempt to break out of the ordinary by using unconventional materials to develop creativity and innovation in the field of jewelry art, and to measure the extent of Successful designs implemented from the point of view of specialists and consumers. The research followed the descriptive approach with the application; in order to suit this research and to answer research questions and achieve goals, where (22) designs were implemented to verify the research objectives. The study included two questionnaires and a statistical analysis to measure several axes of the proposed designs, which were implemented and presented to a group of specialists and consumers to give their opinion .The study found the possibility of making use of the fine wording of some of the garment and sewing accessories in making a plastic art vision. The study recommends the following: - Interest in conducting studies to get acquainted with the nature of artistic fields that can be used in the field of art of jewelry. -Experimentation with the use of various materials those are compatible with the implementation and use of jewelry. - Preparing training programs for students of the clothing and textile department in the field of jewelry art, and studying the principles and methods of its design. - Encouraging productive families to enrich the small industries by implementing various forms of jewelry with unconventional materials and making use of them in the labor market to serve small projects.
