Abstract
The importance of the use of graphic elements in e-learning in its ability to attract the attention of learners, and its impact in maintain the subject for a longer period in the mind of the learner. The philosophy of e-learning provides education for all individuals, and facilitate the provision of information leading to the principle of equal educational opportunities among all learners. Graphic design is one of the most important technical elements used in most modern programming applications. It also occupies a great and important position for all users of these technological applications, which published daily in the world, especially those that used in the field of education. However, it did not attract enough attention from research and study Commensurate with its functional importance in the Arab world. Query: Since it was necessary to formulate the problem of research in a clear manner in the form of an inquiry, the researcher developed a set of questions trying to answer the question: 1. What is the role of using graphic elements in e-learning in supporting the educational process? Does the student's scientific information reach through electronic course videos as required? To what extent do students benefit from these videos? Goals: Implementing a vision to use the graphic elements in the electronic educational video, highlighting the importance of its use, and activating it in a regional university to meet the challenges facing the graphic design that complements the design of the software. Methodology: Analytical descriptive approach. Results: 76% of the research community is constantly exposed to and interacting with the banner system used in the university. 52% of the research community deals with the banner system to download the scientific material for the courses only. 45% of the research community is keen to interact with publications or presentations with educational contents. The research community strongly agrees that the success of the educational process depends on the extent of the use of graphic elements in learning electronically. 73% of the research community strongly agree that e-learning helps solve the problems of traditional education, only 42% of professors use electronic means in the educational process. This research reveals the importance of the support and the role of e-learning in facilitating information for the students.
