Abstract

The study is an attempt to combine the elements of optical art and three-dimensional knitting fabrics (through the shape, color, light and its fractures in the effect of locomotion) can be obtained designs that address some of the physical defects of women, So the problem can be posed by the question: What is the possibility of using the optical art to hide some of the physical defects of women by the three-dimensional knitting fabrics? Objective: Advantage of the optical art in the design of three-dimensional knitting fabric to deal with some of the physical defects of women. Hypotheses: 1- There are statistically significant differences between the proposed designs in achieving design elements according to the opinions of the arbitrators. 2- There are statistically significant differences between the proposed designs in achieving the foundations of the design according to the opinion of the arbitrators. 3- There are statistically significant differences between the proposed designs in the extent of the success of the integration between visual deception and three-dimensional knitting fabrics in the treatment of physical defects according to the opinion of the arbitrators. Methodology: Experimental. Results: The evaluation of the quality coefficients of the views of the specialists of the proposed designs was high and was at (appropriate) level of (6) designs based on the triangulation of weighted weigh. Quality coefficients ranged between (97.71% and 66.88%), the design (10) was at an appropriate level with a weighted average (2.93) & (97.71%), Followed by design (5) at an appropriate level with a weighted average (2.92) & (97.40%), design (8) at an appropriate level with a weighted average (2.90) &( 96.77%), followed by design (4) at an appropriate level with a weighted average (2.85) &( 95.10%), then design (3) at an appropriate level with a weighted average (2.66) & (88.75%) followed by design (1) at an appropriate level with a weighted average (2.48) & (82.81%). The results of the analysis of variance for the study of the differences between the opinions of the specialists on the proposed designs showed that there were statistically significant differences in all axes. The values of "F" ranged between (21.33 ،25.32) and all statistically significant at level (0.001) which shows differences between designs in all axes.
