Abstract

The effectiveness of a proposed training program for young graduates to recycling non-fashionable men's neckties in light of sustainable development With the increase of global concern and preservation of the environment, the issue of re-development has emerged as one of the most important issues that has interested and motivated many countries, and seeks to implement it in the right way, because of its great est important in economic development, based on the global calls to go towards Sustainable development to preserve the natural, vital and environmental resources of future generations, the researcher conducted this study to activate the relationship between recycling and sustainable development where the problem of research was the question of what is the effectiveness of the proposed program to benefit from the neckties Non-fashion able and recycled in the development of knowledge and skills for young graduates in light of sustainable development? The study aimed to spread the culture of sustainable development and the extent to which we need it in the current era, to clarify the relationship between recycling and sustainable development. To provide some young graduates with the knowledge and skills associated with recycling non-fashionable neckties in the light of sustainable development that qualifies them for the labor market, and the importance of research lies in shed more light on re-rotation and utilizing it in the promotion of spending on clothing and the importance of re-establishing Recycling in the light of the concepts of sustainable development, awareness of the patterns of sustainable consumption to preserve natural resources, contribute to the preparation, training and rehabilitation of young graduates culture of sustainability and environmental preservation to give them skills required by the labor market and where they work to provide new jobs and were the most important The results of the training program achieved effectiveness in the development of the cognitive aspect (acquired knowledge) and the skilled aspect (skills gained) among young graduate trainees and products implemented from the recycling of non-fashionable neckbands have been accepted and successful in light of the average evaluation of specialists for evaluation axes
