Abstract
The study aimed to identify the quality of life and its relationship to academic Engagement in light of the variables of gender and academic achievement among university students. The sample consisted of (310) students from Jouf), The quality-of-life scale and the academic Engagement scale (prepared by the researcher) were used. The results of the study indicated that there was a direct, statistically significant, correlation between quality of life and academic Engagement. The results also indicated that there were statistically significant differences in the quality of life according to the variable of academic achievement, and there were no statistically significant differences for the gender variable. There were also statistically significant differences in academic Engagement in gender and academic achievement. The researcher interpreted the results according to the theoretical heritage and previous studies and put forward recommendations and research proposals.
