Abstract
The study aims at standardizing the training program in working memory, which is considered one of the most widespread measuring instruments in the world. The sample included (30) examinees taken from the students of the 6th grade of Irbid governarate schools. The researcher used the training program in working memory, which was translated by the researcher in 2014. The statistical analysis consisted of the test of reliability of the training program in working memory through its re-test analysis, nonstructural validity, and internal consistency analysis. The results showed that the training program in working memory had good validity and reliability and correlated with a number of variables. Such as thinking recall, etc. together with some cognitive mental process, and it correlated negatively with extroversion.
The results of the study showed the effectiveness of the adaptive training program in memory working in improving the verbal, visual and spatial memory of the experimental sample members.
