Abstract
The Dominant Organizational Culture as Perceived by Teaching Staff at the Jordanian Universities, in Light of some Variables. A Sample of (382) Teaching staff from different ranks, was chosen randomly from a study population of (500). A questionnaire with five likert scale as a tool for the study purposes. Reliability and validity were investigated. The study results showed that there were significance differences at (=0.05) in the organizational culture with regard to teaching staff rank and type of to University, with no difference. According to their gender. Upon the addition to the study results, the researcher recommended to hold courses, training, lectures, to encourage organizational culture among the teaching staff, also the study recommended doing more research regarding the study variables.
