Abstract

The study aimed to identify the degree of creative leadership practice with school leaders in Khamis Mushait governorate from the point of view of teacherar.The descriptive approach and questionnaire were used by the researcher to collect information from the sample of the study which consisted of(356)teachers. The study population consisted of (4269) teachers. The results showed that the degree of creative leadership practice was high with a mean of (3.82). The results also showed that there were no statically significant differences due to the variables of experience, and qualification, but there were statically significant differences according to the variable of the educational level in favor of primary level, In light of the results, the researcher recommends a number of recommendations: the school leader's work on introducing more unconventional ideas to develop work and increase motivation for subordinates to achieve.
