Abstract
The research aims to explain what difference and jurisprudential controls are and their place in Islamic jurisprudence, and to indicate the types of influence of jurisprudential difference, and to edit the effect of jurisprudential difference in the determination of jurisprudential controls by presenting applications that fall under the jurisprudential controls in the section of worship. The research used the descriptive method, by looking at the findings of the research, which are the jurisprudential guidelines, to find an accurate description of them through knowing their components, meanings and evidence for their proof. He also used the inductive approach, where she traced the fluorescence of the search from the stomachs of relevant books and collected the material from the words of scholars in this regard. The research also used the analytical method, by editing the different jurisprudential issues and showing the extent of the disagreement's impact in its report .
