Abstract

The aim of this research is to know the degree of the use of educational technology and the Geographic Information Systems (GIS) program by a geography teacher in teaching geographic maps in the schools of Major “Naor”. The study sample consisted of (120) male and female teachers, and the researcher used the questionnaire as a tool to collect data, and the results of the research results: - The effect of the geography teachers' use of the Geographic Information Systems (GIS) program on teaching geography at a low level. - There are no statistically significant differences attributable to the effect of the sex variables and years of experience.

- There are statistically significant differences attributable to the variable of the academic qualification
