Abstract

This study aimed to identify the reality of the application of Total Quality Management in Saudi Electricity Sector South and the study of the impact applied to productivity، where the study descriptive and analytical approach adopted، the study population of all employees working company Saudi Electricity southern sector، where the number (993) The questionnaire was developed as a main tool for data collection. It included (26) words and was distributed to (150) employees. (145) questionnaires were retrieved and after checking، (142) answers were found to be valid for analysis. The data was analyzed (SPSS). The study showed several results، the most prominent of which are: The level of application of TQM in the Saudi Electricity Company in the southern sector is good، as well as the impact of the application of TQM in the Saudi Electricity Company in the southern sector on productivity، to study several recommendations، including the need to encourage interest and motivate staff to implement total quality management، and the need to focus the clear objectives of the company to achieve total quality management and the company's commitment to apply the concept of total quality management practice for all company process
