Abstract

The title of the study: (The Islamic approach in establishing the values of environmental education and its applications in educational institutions, "hygiene as a model"). The aim of the study was 1- to see the values of environmental education, from the Qur’an and Sunnah. 2- Devising the Islamic method in establishing the values of environmental education from the book and the Sunnah, “Cleanliness as an example” 3- Explain the applications of the Islamic curriculum in establishing concepts of environmental education in educational institutions, "hygiene as a model.". Among the most important findings of the study: 1 - Islam followed the integrated, holistic and balanced approach to establishing values of hygiene in general. 2- Islam is the first to put a precautionary health system against pollution in the environment at all levels. 3- There are many values in the cleanliness of the environment with all its elements (humans, animals, plants, etc.) that the researcher has devised by studying legal texts.
