Abstract

The study aimed to reveal the reality of the professional development of kindergarten teachers in Egypt through previous studies and literature that dealt with that, as well as identify the new education system (2.0), in order to define the requirements of this system, in the light of which a proposed vision was developed to develop sustainable professional development For kindergarten teachers.
